Scope of delivery
We print the slide coverings for our LED exhibition stands, illuminated walls and illuminated displays using sublimation printing. In sublimation printing, colors are evaporated directly into the textile and fixed. This produces intense colors that do not fade or peel. The printed material feels pleasantly soft because the ink penetrates the fabric. This means that our slide prints can be folded into small formats and are machine washable* at 30 degrees.
* Use liquid mild detergent and do not use fabric softener.

We use the P5 TEX iSUB from Durst for our production. This modern sublimation printer delivers high-resolution textile prints in roll widths of up to 3.2 m. The innovative iSUB technology guarantees sharp, uniform and color-intensive print quality. In particular, fine text, color gradients and detailed motifs are shown to their best advantage. This achieves the best printing results. In our sewing department, the printed fabrics are finished with a rubber piping all the way round to match the illuminated systems used.
Suitable products
ALU LightUp is the first mobile and cost-effective LED display made of aluminium. The basic system consists of an 8 cm wide aluminium profile that is assembled without tools. The pre-assembled LED modules are located in the aluminium profiles, which makes it particularly easy to assemble the illuminated display. The illuminated display is individually illuminated with textile diamond material that is simply inserted into the circumferential system groove. A particularly practical feature is that the textile prints can be changed in seconds, so that the illuminated display can always be equipped with a current advertising message. ALU LightUp is available in widths of 85, 100, 180, 200 and 250 and heights of 200, 230 and 250 cm. Of course, several ALU LightUp systems can be positioned next to each other to create a luminous wall display or a luminous exhibition stand.
