In-house print shop

When you order from our online store, you get everything from a single source. All printing for our exhibition stands, illuminated walls and exhibition systems is handled in-house at our own print shop. This allows us to maintain control over every step of the process, ensure high quality standards and respond flexibly and quickly to our customers’ needs. Short communication lines and close coordination of all production steps help us reliably complete even last-minute projects. 

In our in-house print shop, we work with state-of-the-art machinery and various printing processes such as UV printing, textile printing, latex printing, panel printing and other techniques. This enables us to produce large-format prints for a wide range of requirements – from flexible, foldable fabric covers to rigid substrates such as aluminum, acrylic or Forex, all the way to robust, weather-resistant solutions for outdoor use. We process roll widths of up to 5 meters; in textile printing, widths of up to 3.2 meters are possible. 

We produce all the fabric prints for our LED exhibition stands, illuminated walls and LED displays using our high-performance Durst P5 TEX iSUB printer. This machine produces soft, foldable textile prints with high brilliance, intense colors and superior text quality. Right next to the printing hall is our sewing shop, where the printed fabrics are further processed. This includes, for example, finishing with elastic piping, Velcro and loop tapes, or hemstitching. 

The close collaboration between the print shop and the sewing shop ensures smooth processes and clean results. Each step flows directly into the next. This saves time, increases flexibility and enables production without unnecessary detours. Sustainability also plays a role: The covers produced using sublimation printing are considered low-emission, energy-efficient and resource-conserving, making them a responsible solution for modern trade show appearances.
