Scope of delivery
PIXLIP GO is a mobile illuminated wall made of plastic. The system structure consists of white plastic profiles that can be inserted into each other without tools. PIXLIP GO is available in widths of 85, 100, 200 and 300 cm and heights of 150, 200, 225 and 250 cm. A PIXLIP GO counter measuring 100 x 100 cm is available to match these illuminated walls. The light but stable material made of ABS plastic is easy to handle, hard-wearing and pleasant to use (no sharp edges). For orders of 10 systems or more, the PIXLIP GO plastic frame can be individually painted in a RAL colour.
The powerful LED modules integrated in the profile guarantee optimum and, if desired, double-sided illumination of your advertising message. Individually printed textile tension slides make every PIXLIP GO illuminated wall an eye-catcher. The textile prints can be changed in seconds thanks to the simple plug-in technology. Thanks to its lightweight plastic construction, PIXLIP GO is not only child's play to set up, but can also be easily transported in any normal car thanks to the compact carrying bag.
Suitable products
We print the slide coverings for our LED exhibition stands, illuminated walls and illuminated displays using sublimation printing. In sublimation printing, colors are evaporated directly into the textile and fixed. This produces intense colors that do not fade or peel. The printed material feels pleasantly soft because the ink penetrates the fabric. This means that our slide prints can be folded into small formats and are machine washable* at 30 degrees.* Use liquid mild detergent and do not use fabric softener. As we produce all prints in our in-house print shop, we guarantee the best quality and punctuality. If you need something particularly quickly, give us a call. Express hotline: +49 69 7560800 We use the P5 TEX iSUB from Durst for our production. This modern sublimation printer delivers high-resolution textile prints in roll widths of up to 3.2 m. The innovative iSUB technology guarantees sharp, uniform and color-intensive print quality. In particular, fine text, color gradients and detailed motifs are shown to their best advantage. This achieves the best printing results. In our sewing department, the printed fabrics are finished with a rubber piping all the way round to match the illuminated systems used.
With the PIXLIP GO System Connector Flex, not only can LED exhibition walls be stably connected "around corners", but also semi-circular or bevelled LED presentation walls. The unobtrusive plastic elements are simply pushed onto the top and bottom of the respective corners of the frames that are to be connected. Thanks to the identical design, the attached FLEX connector remains almost invisible to the observer.
The PIXLIP GO connector set includes the following accessories: 1. The PIXLIP GO system connector Top can be used to connect frames of the same height to form a stable wall. To do this, the small plastic parts are pushed into the respective system groove of the two frames at the top and bottom so that they are aligned exactly in line with each other.2.Unlike the PIXLIP GO Top connector, the Step system connector allows two frames of different heights to be combined to form a stable presentation wall. The small plastic element is pushed from above into the respective system groove of the two frames and can be flexibly adjusted in height.3.The PIXLIP GO closing cap can be used to close the unused cable passages in the corner angles. To do this, the plastic particles are pressed into the frame recess from the inside to prevent light from escaping from the side there.4. The GO Print Clip makes it easier to insert the textile in the frame and is gentle on both pressure and fingernails. The small plastic elements are simply attached to the edges of the textile from the inside and pushed into the profile corners. From there, the rubber lip of the print can be pushed into the profile groove.
