This exhibition set combines a magnetic attraction for trade fair visitors with effortless handling. 💡 The Complete Set at a Glance:
Two ALU STAR Light Walls in Custom Dimensions (2.85 x 2.48 m each): The illuminated rear walls are tailored precisely to each other: when configured as a corner setup, the two walls fit seamlessly to cover a 3 x 3 meter booth area. Featuring a sturdy profile depth of 12 cm, the aluminum frames ensure maximum stability and ideal light diffusion. The graphic prints span the full width in a single piece—completely seamless and without visible breaks. Integrated, high-performance LED modules deliver brilliant, shadow-free illumination.
Sturdy Corner Connectors (Optional): Upon request, sturdy corner connectors can be ordered to securely fasten the two light walls together at a right angle.
Front and Rear Backlit Fabric Prints: The light walls feature vibrant textile backlit prints produced in our in-house printing facility (includes graphic prints for both front and back). We manufacture your customized graphic design in premium quality and guarantee precise, on-time delivery.
LED Counter ALU STAR PLUS: Complements the corner setup perfectly and creates a central point of contact for customer conversations. The counter includes illuminated graphic prints for the front and side panels, an elegant black counter top, and practical storage space on the rear side. Optional: An optional matching door set can be ordered to securely lock away important documents or a laptop.
Modular Flexibility: The ALU STAR is a highly versatile, modular system. As your requirements grow or your booth dimensions change, the system can be expanded or adjusted at any time.
🛠️ Quick and Ready to Use:
Thanks to the intuitive push-fit system, you can assemble the entire set in no time without any tools. This allows you to manage your trade show appearance entirely on your own and save on expensive external booth builders.
Clever Push-Fit System: The aluminum frames of both the light walls and the counter are connected tool-free. The powerful LED modules come pre-installed directly inside the system profiles.
Flawless Textile Fit: The textile graphics are easily inserted into the profile channel using a continuous silicone edge (SEG). The seamless graphic surfaces create a flawless, uninterrupted overall image. If a print gets dirty during an event, it can simply be washed in a standard washing machine at 30°C.
🚗 Convenient Transport in Your Own Car:
The entire exhibition stand is engineered for easy transport. After the event, all equipment packs away neatly into durable transport cases.
Each of the two 2.85 m wide ALU STAR exhibition walls is packed in two sturdy ABS wheeled transport cases (including base plates).
The ALU STAR PLUS counter is also packed and transported in its own, robust ABS wheeled case.
The set easily fits into a standard passenger car and can comfortably be handled by a single person.
Products included in the set
The ALU STAR illuminated wall is the LED trade fair wall innovation. The system profile made of high-quality aluminium contains pre-mounted power LEDs. These aluminium profiles can be easily plugged together to form a variable illuminated wall system, creating a large-scale, impressively illuminated exhibition stand. Thanks to the practical plug-in technology, this can be done in a matter of minutes! The individual graphics are then inserted into the circumferential system groove of the aluminim profiles and stretched without folds. Even a 5 x 3 m exhibition wall can be assembled and dismantled by just one person and transported in a normal car without any problems! If several ALU STAR illuminated walls are placed next to each other, a luminous wall development is created. But of course ALU STAR illuminated walls can also be set up as a corner to form an exhibition stand. ALU STAR is available in system widths of 200 cm, 300 cm, 400 cm, 500 cm and in system heights of 230 cm, 250 cm, 300 cm. Finally, the ALU STAR LED Counter is also available as a "PLUS" version with an integrated shelf. The shapely LED counter has a comfortable depth of 48 cm and consists of an aluminium frame system. The front surface of the LED counter, which is backlit with high-quality OSRAM LEDs, measures 100 x 100 cm. To fix the shelf, additional aluminium profiles are attached at a 90 degree angle, which are also covered with a graphic. A shelf is placed between these two side sections. The counter top and the shelf are black. The back of our ALU STAR PLUS counter can optionally be fitted with an opaque blockout material. This means that the front of the counter is illuminated more intensively, but the side panels will no longer light up in this configuration. The blockout covering is available as an accessory. The entire LED counter is stored in a rollable ABS transport case (size 116x30x39 cm) with specially manufactured foam inserts. The transport weight is 30 kg. NEW: The LED counter ALU STAR PLUS can be equipped with a rechargeable battery. This means that the illuminated counter can also be used in the middle of an exhibition stand without a cable getting in the way!
