Many of our employees have been with MARTINCOLOR for a really long time – like Maren and Stephan, who can be seen in this video.

Maren started in 1985 as a positive retoucher in our prepress department. Back then, a lot of traditional manual work was still required: she made sure that photos, graphics and artwork were absolutely consistent before they went into production. This meant maximum concentration, a trained eye and a lot of experience in working with analog tools – long before digital image processing had its breakthrough. As printing and media technology has changed, Maren has also constantly reoriented herself, learned new things and expanded her skills. Today, she manages our sewing department and is responsible for a team that produces textile solutions for exhibition stands and large formats at the highest level.
