Rubber piping

We manufacture all fabrics for frame systems with a surrounding rubber piping, also known as a rubber lip. This special manufacturing process enables a precise fit and wrinkle-free covering in the system frame. It is used in a wide variety of applications:

These include free-standing illuminated walls, which are often covered on both sides with individually printed digital material, as well as permanently mounted aluminum wall frames. The rubber piping is precisely sewn onto all fabric edges so that the print can be inserted precisely into the groove of the frame. This technique ensures that the fabric fits evenly and tightly, looks high-quality and can be quickly replaced or re-covered if necessary.
 

Eyelets & hooks

The classic solution for robust mounting of large textile fabrics and flags. This manufacturing technique is often seen in outdoor advertising, but is also increasingly used in trade fair and shop construction.
 

Decorative fabrics with eyelets

On request, we can fit decorative fabrics with high-quality metal eyelets to ensure easy and stable installation. Metal eyelets are proven and versatile fastening solutions for large fabric panels, exhibition stands or decorative elements.
 

Hemstitches

Simple solutions are often the best. With reinforced side edges, hemstitches at the top and bottom, and appropriately inserted aluminum rods, you already have an effective system for hanging your banner without creases. This processing technique is used, for example, for ceiling and wall mountings.
 

Easy upholstery work

We manufacture simple upholstery covers precisely to measure for seating furniture, presentation areas or decorative elements. Through precise cutting and careful workmanship, we achieve clean and even surfaces and precise edge finishing. The areas of application are diverse, so we work on trade fair equipment as well as interior decoration or temporary lounge areas.
 

Covers

Whether for counters, display furniture or individual objects, we sew covers that are perfectly tailored to the dimensions and shapes you specify. You are also welcome to provide us with a sample to which the covers will be tailored. We ensure a perfect fit and use durable materials. Covers can be designed to be both decorative and functional, for example removable and washable. We are also happy to process materials supplied by you. Simply bring us the textiles from which you would like us to make your covers.
 

Thread curtains

Thread curtains are ideal as room dividers, backdrops or decorative elements. We tailor them precisely to the desired length and width and finish them neatly so that the curtains hang evenly. You can also order many different thread curtains in various colors and designs directly from us.
 

Darkening

We sew custom-fit darkening fabrics for use in presentation rooms, on stages or at exhibition stands. Complete darkening is achieved through opaque materials and precise workmanship. This technique is ideal when projections or special lighting effects are required.
 

Stage curtains

We manufacture stage curtains in any size you require – from small event stages to large event venues. Thanks to precise cutting, high-quality workmanship and individually tailored fastenings, our stage curtains can be perfectly integrated into your existing suspension system.
 

Hook-and-loop fastener

Thanks to the loop tape on the back, large-scale textile prints can be attached anywhere there is a Velcro connection.
