Scope of delivery
A brand new addition to our range is the ZippWall display wall, which is available in many different sizes and shapes. The system impresses with its child's play assembly - which can be carried out by anyone, even by an inexperienced exhibitor, without much explanation. Briefly described: The labelled Click system rods are inserted into each other. The individual graphic print is pulled over the resulting frame as easily as you put on a sock. Then pull the zip closed and you're done! A particularly practical feature is that the system can be extended at any time. The framework of the ZippWall is made of aluminium, the high-quality textile print of B1-certified and crease-resistant stretch display fabric. ZippWall also impresses with its low transport weight. It is transported in a practical transport bag. LED or halogen lights can be ordered additionally.
Suitable products
We print the graphic coverings for our ZippWall partition walls using sublimation printing on stretch material. In sublimation printing, the color pigments penetrate directly into the fibers of the textile. This results in brilliant colors that do not lose their luminosity even after many uses. The material retains its natural feel and remains flexible and easy to fold. Our stretch fabrics produced using sublimation printing are all machine washable* at 30 degrees.* Use liquid mild detergent and do not use fabric softener. As we produce all prints in our in-house print shop, we guarantee the best quality and 100% on-time delivery. For urgent productions, simply give us a call. This innovative and turbo-fast printing machine produces fine-resolution textile prints in roll widths of up to 3.2 m. The iSUB technology ensures uniform, razor-sharp and color-intensive print quality. Fine lettering, smooth gradients and large-format image motifs are impressively realized. This is how we achieve maximum printing precision. In our sewing department, we produce the printed stretch fabrics to fit the various sizes of ZippWall partition walls perfectly. At the bottom of the system base, we provide the covering with a sewn-in zipper so that the graphic can be stretched tightly on the system frame.
