ALU STAR LED exhibition wall

We print the slide coverings for our LED exhibition stands, illuminated walls and illuminated displays using sublimation printing. In sublimation printing, colors are evaporated directly into the textile and fixed. This produces intense colors that do not fade or peel. The printed material feels pleasantly soft because the ink penetrates the fabric. This means that our slide prints can be folded into small formats and are machine washable* at 30 degrees.* Use liquid mild detergent and do not use fabric softener. Express hotline: +49 69 7560800 We use the P5 TEX iSUB from Durst for our production. This modern sublimation printer delivers high-resolution textile prints in roll widths of up to 3.2 m. The innovative iSUB technology guarantees sharp, uniform and color-intensive print quality. In particular, fine text, color gradients and detailed motifs are shown to their best advantage. This achieves the best printing results. In our sewing department, the printed fabrics are finished with a rubber piping all the way round to match the illuminated systems used.

New in our range: the ALU STAR Tower – an impressive illuminated column that fits perfectly with our ALU STAR systems. The basic structure consists of silver anodized aluminum profiles that have been specially developed for the construction of cubes and towers. Assembly is just as straightforward as with all systems in the ALU STAR family: the aluminum profiles, which are fitted with LED modules, are simply plugged together to form the tower. The textile slide fabric is then inserted into the system groove on all four sides, so that the ALU STAR Tower serves as an illuminated advertising space all round. Power is simply supplied via a standard socket. Lightweight and practical trolley cases are used for transportation – familiar from our ALU STAR illuminated walls. The ALU STAR Tower is available in three heights (200 cm, 250 cm, 300 cm) and three widths (80 cm, 100 cm, 124 cm). Especially in the 3-meter version, the tower ensures a strong long-distance effect and ideally complements existing exhibition equipment.

The ALU STAR RGB Frame sets new standards in presentation technology: with its color-changing LED contour, it attracts everyone's attention and adds an effective, luminous component to our ALU STAR series. Made of robust aluminum with an 8 cm profile depth, the frame impresses with its elegant appearance and simple, tool-free installation. The plug-in system enables quick assembly in just a few minutes. The RGB lighting can be flexibly controlled by remote control – choose between individual colors, gentle color gradients or vibrant effects. Up to 16 million color nuances offer creative scope for your brand presentation. Whether as a colorful accent, a luminous frame for your content or as an emotional eye-catcher – the ALU STAR RGB Frame ensures that your stand attracts attention. It is available in four system widths (100, 200, 250 and 300 cm) and can be optimally adapted to different presentation concepts. For mobile use, the complete system is supplied in a sturdy, rollable ABS hard case – securely packed and easy to transport.

With the new ALU STAR LED Counter, you can bring light to your exhibition stand. In just a few minutes, the elegant, double-sided luminous basic structure made of noble aluminium can be assembled and set up without tools. Then the structure is covered on both sides with graphic prints. The high-quality, foldable counter top is available in silver and black. The counter is supplied in a practical transport bag. The ALU STAR counter can be ideally combined with the ALU STAR LED light walls. Finally, the ALU STAR LED Counter is also available as a "PLUS" version with an integrated shelf. The shapely LED counter has a comfortable depth of 48 cm and consists of an aluminium frame system. The front surface of the LED counter, which is backlit with high-quality OSRAM LEDs, measures 100 x 100 cm. To fix the shelf, additional aluminium profiles are attached at a 90 degree angle, which are also covered with a graphic. A shelf is placed between these two side sections. The counter top and the shelf are black. The back of our ALU STAR PLUS counter can optionally be fitted with an opaque blockout material. This means that the front of the counter is illuminated more intensively, but the side panels will no longer light up in this configuration. The blockout covering is available as an accessory. The entire LED counter is stored in a rollable ABS transport case (size 116x30x39 cm) with specially manufactured foam inserts. The transport weight is 30 kg. NEW: The LED counter ALU STAR PLUS can be equipped with a rechargeable battery. This means that the illuminated counter can also be used in the middle of an exhibition stand without a cable getting in the way!

The ALU STAR MAX LED Counter now offers a particularly large front area for your company presentation. With a height of 120 cm, the LED exhibition counter ALU STAR MAX is significantly higher than the commercially available models. The beautiful LED counter has a construction depth of 48 cm and consists of an aluminium frame system. The illuminated counter with POWER LEDs can also be provided with a personalised imprint on the side. There is a practical shelf at the back. The counter top and the shelf are black. The LED counter is transported in a rollable ABS transport case (size 116x30x39 cm). The total weight of the counter with transport case is approx. 34 kg. NEW: On request, the LED counter ALU STAR MAX can also be equipped with a rechargeable battery. This means that the illuminated counter is not dependent on a power socket and can be placed centrally on the exhibition stand if required.

The ALU STAR SLIM LED Counter is a particularly slim version of the tried-and-tested ALU STAR PLUS counter. It is ideal for smaller exhibition areas or as an illuminated high table for promotional campaigns. Thanks to its modular design, it can be easily combined with other models from the ALU STAR product range. This compact illuminated counter is specially designed for mobile use at trade fairs or events. Despite its handy size, it impresses with uniform, bright lighting on the front and side surfaces – made possible by high-quality, patented OSRAM LED modules. The counter is optionally available with integrated, lockable doors. The ALU STAR SLIM is made of robust, silver anodized aluminum profiles. Assembly is completely tool-free. The printed textile surfaces can be quickly and easily inserted into the frame structure thanks to a circumferential silicone piping – changing the motif only takes a few moments. In addition to power supply, the counter can also be equipped with a rechargeable battery on request, which offers additional flexibility. A sturdy hard case with wheels, which is included in the scope of delivery, ensures safe transportation and storage.
