Magnetic rails are attached to the scissor grid structure, to which individually printed graphic panels are then attached. Yes, the graphics on a folding display can be easily changed. This is particularly useful if you want to use the display for different events or campaigns. The most common standard sizes of our folding displays range from 3x3, 4x3 to 5x3 panels - whereby the term ‘panels’ is specific to the size specifications of folding displays, as it refers to the square panels that are visible within the scissor grid structure. The correct formats of the mostly curved folding displays are 2.30 m in height and 2 m, 2.70 m, 3.30 m and 4 m in width. Our XL folding wall ‘Expand MediaWall XL’ is particularly impressive. This impressively large mega folding wall ensures that your exhibition stand is guaranteed to attract attention. The Expand MediaWall XL is the largest scissor-grid system on the market and offers significantly more height and width than conventional pop-up walls. With a height of 2.64 metres and a width of either 3.60 m or 4.60 m, it provides an extraordinary presentation area. Despite its impressive size, the system can be set up by just one person. The customised graphic print is applied to several high-quality PREMIUM magnetic strips, which create an almost ‘seamless’ presentation surface thanks to special joining techniques. This allows your advertising message to be perfectly showcased.

Yes, of course. All our folding displays can be equipped with powerful LED spots to present an advertising graphic in the best possible way. These LED spots are attached directly to the intersections of the scissor grid structure and provide uniform illumination of the entire presentation area from above. Especially in exhibition halls with often insufficient lighting, this additional illumination is crucial for making your message clearly visible.

LED spotlights also offer the advantage of being energy-saving and long-lasting, while at the same time providing pleasant, glare-free brightness. Unlike halogen spotlights, which often get too hot and are therefore not ideal for folding displays, LED spotlights remain cool and safe even when used for long periods of time. They therefore not only offer a better quality of light, but are also more practical and reliable for use at trade fairs and events.

The production time for a folding display depends on various factors, such as the order volume and your specific requirements. On average, the production time is around 5 to 10 working days, which includes both the provision of the system structure and the high-quality printing of the graphics. However, thanks to our efficient processes and in-house print shop, we are also able to realise orders at particularly short notice. This makes us the perfect partner when time is of the essence. :)

Transporting a folding display is uncomplicated and practical, which is a great advantage, especially for frequent visits to trade fairs and events. In most cases, a folding wall is stored in a sturdy, oval-shaped transport case, which offers a clever additional function: It can be converted into a practical counter on site. An excellent example of this is our Counter Case transport case, which was specially developed for this purpose.

This transport case offers sufficient space for the folding display and also protects the sensitive graphic panels and the system structure from knocks and damage. The robust outer shell ensures that your folding display gets safely from A to B, even with frequent transport.

The total weight of a folding display in a transport case varies depending on the size of the exhibition wall and is usually between 30 and 45 kg. The rollable case is compact enough to be easily transported in a normal estate car or similar vehicle. This makes it ideal for flexible use, regardless of whether you are travelling alone or in a small team.

On site, the transport case can be quickly and easily transformed into an exhibition counter that also serves as a presentation surface or shelf.
